Returns & Refunds Policy | Muhan Energy (Pty) Ltd
At Muhan Energy, we strive for excellence. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges below.
1. Return Conditions & Eligibility
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase and/or the item’s serial number(s).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following goods are strictly exempt from being returned:
- Solar Cables & Cut-to-length Cables
- Lead Acid Batteries
- Sale, Clearance, or Discounted Items
3. Return Process
All returns must be delivered to the specific store or branch where the original purchase was made.
- Main Return Hub: 7 Vernon Terrace Crescent Zonnebloem, Cape Town, 7925..
- Validation: Returns will be credited at the prevailing market price or the original invoice price, whichever is lower.
- Right of Refusal: Muhan Energy (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to reject any claim if the above conditions are not met.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed via EFT within 30 days.
- Security: Refunds will only be paid into the original account noted on the purchase documentation. No third-party payments will be made under any circumstances.
- Late Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days, please first double-check your bank account before contacting us at sales@muhanenergy.co.za.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are supplied defective or damaged from the manufacturer. If you need to log an exchange for the same item, please email sales@muhanenergy.co.za.
6. Shipping & Logistics
- Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Deductions: If a refund is issued, any shipping costs incurred by Muhan Energy (Pty) Ltd will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- Turnaround: Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
